🎁 Member Preview
Friday, December 9, 2022. Getting insight into your members just got a little faster with the release of our new Member Preview.
Now, when clicking on the name of a community member anywhere in Orbit, you’ll be presented with a pop out panel that gives you fast access to:
- Member profile information
- Organization
- Orbit Level and Love
- Links to profiles on other connected services
- Tags, Note and Recent Activity
Our aim is to provide you with both glanceable insight into a member, and the ability to take action whilst maintaining the context of where you are in the app. No more jumping back and forth between profiles.
That’s not all! Alongside the member info, we’ve brought over the Actions from the member profile page to keep you moving quickly.
From the Actions menu in the panel you can quickly add notes or activities, send Twitter DMs, add the member to a CRM, and trigger any of your custom webhooks.
The member preview is available for everyone, so head over to your workspace to check it out.
