Friday, 16 December, 2022. Earlier this week we released the ability to automatically sync an Orbit organization profile with a customer company profile in HubSpot.

Today, we are adding an extension to that functionality that allows you to manually identify an Organization as a customer.

Organization profiles now feature a Customer Since attribute and next to it you’ll find an Edit button that enables you to mark that Non-Customer Organization as a customer.

Using the form you can set a deal date, and include a link to additional relevant data in your CRM (if you have one).

We’ve enabled this editing functionality for our Growth, Premium and Enterprise plans.

With this addition the ability to understand which Organizations in your community are also customers is now available to you regardless of what CRM you use, or if you aren’t ready to make the jump to our Premium plan quite yet.
