🎁 Filter by Activity Count
Monday, 19 December, 2022. The Filters on the Member tab and Workflows now allow you to select an activity type to filter by, and how often the activity was performed.
When using the Activity Type filter, you can additionally select whether an activity took place:
- For the first time
- Less than, more than, or equal to a number of times
- Within a particular timeframe

So, if you’ve ever wanted to know which members have performed a particular activity for the first time, third time, or for the first time this week, now you can.

Note: If you haven’t enabled the new Member’s tab, you’ll need to do that first to use these new filters.

For example, you can use the First Time attribute with the GitHub Opened Pull Request activity type to create a view of Members who have submitted their first pull requests. You can use this to reach out to say thank you, or make sure that their request gets priority attention.

The Activity Count and First Time attributes are also available in Workflows. This allows you to create even more specific criteria for automatically tagging members, or creating leads/contacts in HubSpot or Salesforce.

Activity Count filtering is available on all workspaces. Workflows is available on Growth, Premium and Enterprise plans.
