Tuesday, 20 December, 2022. Oftentimes, members will have multiple emails associated with their Orbit profile. There are personal ones, work ones, and even old work ones and it can be hard to remember which one you should use.

Now, with the primary email field, you can easily mark the email address that you know should be used to contact a particular member.

To set it, just to go their profile, scroll down to their Linked Profiles & Emails, and change which email address is set to primary by clicking on the star.

Once an email is marked as primary, it will be used as the email address that appears in the Members table and as the email that shows up in your member CSV exports.
