🎁 Sentiment Report Beta
Wednesday, December 21, 2022. Understanding the overall sentiment of a community ensures you know how everyone is feeling at any given time and we’re excited to now offer this functionality in the Orbit workspace.
Orbit Premium and Enterprise users can now request access to the beta of our Sentiment Analysis report.
The report can be used to monitor how community members feel during major events and provide feedback to your teams. It will enable your team to be more effective in identifying positive or negative trends at community level so you can proactively deal with them.
Once enabled on your workspace, our system automatically enriches activities in your workspace using machine learning models to extract the sentiment.
Along with the report, we also create and maintain two lists of members that reflect your chosen time frame:
Members with the highest sentiment — Members in the selected time range had the highest number of positive activities.
Members with the lowest sentiment — Members in the selected time range had the highest negative activities.
You can use these lists to identify specific activities via their member profiles and address them directly.
